The TFHS Awareness & Response Coalition advances awareness, education, response, and training related to technology-facilitated harassment and stalking, with a strong emphasis on law enforcement recognition and response.

Technology-Facilitated Harassment and Stalking (TFHS) refers to the use of digital platforms, communication tools, and online systems to monitor, harass, intimidate, or control an individual. It can include persistent online monitoring, repeated unwanted contact, coordinated harassment, misuse of personal information, and other forms of digital boundary violation.

Digital harassment is increasing, but systems have not kept up with how it happens.

Technology-facilitated harassment and stalking are often misunderstood or minimized, leaving victims without meaningful support or response. The TFHS Awareness & Response Coalition exists to bring together organizations, advocates, and professionals to improve awareness, strengthen response, and support meaningful change across systems.

We are actively seeking aligned organizations, advocates, and professionals to join the TFHS Awareness & Response Coalition as supporting partners.

At this stage, participation does not require a formal time commitment. Coalition partners are invited to stand in support of the mission and may collaborate on future awareness, education, response, training, and reform initiatives.
