These programs are designed to support survivors, educate communities, and advance responsible digital engagement through public awareness, policy advocacy, and community-centered action.

Digital Evidence Extraction Access Program

What the Program Is

Through this program, Voices Unhidden™ has secured licensing for digital extraction tools supporting up to 20 individual device extractions.

These tools allow participants to extract information from their own mobile phone or digital device in order to preserve records that may later be useful for documentation, legal consultation, or law-enforcement reporting.

Participants conduct the extraction process themselves and maintain full possession and control of their own data.

This program does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind.

Voices Unhidden™ does not perform digital forensic analysis, investigative services, or evidence authentication.

The organization does not collect, store, review, or maintain any participant data obtained through this process.

This program is provided solely for educational access to licensed tools to assist individuals in extracting and preserving their own digital information.

Who This Program Is For

This program is intended for individuals who need to preserve information from their own digital device in connection with legal, safety, or law-enforcement matters.

Participation may be appropriate for individuals who are:

• preparing to seek a protective order, peace order, restraining order, or similar legal protection
• involved in active litigation or legal proceedings related to harassment, stalking, or digital abuse
• preparing documentation for law-enforcement reporting or investigation
• working with local police departments, state investigators, or federal law enforcement including the FBI

This program is not intended for routine device backups or general data exports.

Access to the Digital Evidence Extraction Access Program is limited.

Voices Unhidden™ currently maintains licensing that supports up to 20 device extractions, and participation may therefore be limited based on availability and scheduling.

Participation in this program is limited to approved members of the Voices Unhidden Community Hub.

Individuals interested in accessing this program must first apply for Community Hub membership.
