The Voices Unhidden Documentation Management Portal is a structured documentation and reporting system designed to help individuals organize incidents involving cyber harassment, stalking, digital violence, online exploitation, and other forms of technology-facilitated harm.

The portal is designed to assist with documenting incidents, building timelines, identifying recurring behaviors, and recognizing patterns that may otherwise go unnoticed over time.

Our system focuses on documenting behavioral patterns, systemic failures, repeat actors, coordinated harassment, and conduct impacting multiple individuals across platforms, communities, and jurisdictions. This allows Voices Unhidden to better identify trends, recurring tactics, and broader patterns of digital harm.

The portal may also help document institutional or systemic failures, including repeated reporting breakdowns, inadequate platform responses, failures to intervene, and barriers victims face when seeking help.

Voices Unhidden does not collect, store, retain, or take custody of client evidence. Individuals remain solely responsible for maintaining and preserving their own evidence and supporting documentation.

Voices Unhidden does not determine whether conduct is criminal, does not conduct investigations, and does not provide legal advice, mental health treatment, or law enforcement services. Our role is to help individuals document experiences, recognize patterns, understand potential risks, and connect with appropriate resources and support using an organized and detailed Pattern and Behavior based report .

New Victim Service

Advocacy Packet Program

Voices Unhidden now offers Advocacy Packet services for individuals experiencing online harassment, cyberstalking, impersonation, privacy violations, and other forms of digital abuse.

Our Advocacy Packets are professionally prepared using your approved REACT Report and mailed directly to the designated social media platform on your behalf. Each packet is designed to professionally present documented concerns while providing you with copies for your personal records.

Advocacy Packet Service Fee — $20.00

Your service fee includes:

Administrative review and preparation of your packet.
A professionally prepared advocacy letter.
USPS Priority Mail postage with tracking.
Mailing directly to the designated social media platform.
A PDF copy of your completed REACT Report.
A PDF copy of your advocacy letter.
Your USPS tracking number after your packet has been mailed.

Before Requesting an Advocacy Packet

You must first complete a REACT Intake and receive your REACT Report Number. Your report number confirms that your intake has been reviewed and approved for Advocacy Packet services. Requests submitted without a valid REACT Report Number cannot be processed.
