Our Mission

Awareness, education, response, and training.

Our Mission

The TFHS Awareness & Response Coalition advances awareness, education, response, and training related to technology-facilitated harassment and stalking, with a strong emphasis on law enforcement recognition and response.

What is TFHS?

Technology-facilitated harassment and stalking involves digital monitoring, harassment, intimidation, and boundary violations.

What is TFHS?

Technology-Facilitated Harassment and Stalking (TFHS) refers to the use of digital platforms, communication tools, and online systems to monitor, harass, intimidate, or control an individual. It can include persistent online monitoring, repeated unwanted contact, coordinated harassment, misuse of personal information, and other forms of digital boundary violation.

Why This Coalition Exists

Digital harassment is increasing, but systems have not kept up with how it happens.

Why This Coalition Exists

Technology-facilitated harassment and stalking are often misunderstood or minimized, leaving victims without meaningful support or response. The TFHS Awareness & Response Coalition exists to bring together organizations, advocates, and professionals to improve awareness, strengthen response, and support meaningful change across systems.

Our Focus

Awareness, education, response, training, and reform.

Our Focus

  • Raising awareness of TFHS and its real-world impact
  • Providing education and community-based understanding
  • Improving response across systems, including law enforcement
  • Supporting training initiatives and professional development
  • Advancing policy reform, including Block Means Stop™
